1 What We Sell

FitCoreJourney sells exclusively digital downloadable products — specifically PDF-based fitness and fat loss plans. These are not physical goods and are not services.

The following products are covered under this policy:

2 Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Refunds are not available for any of our products. This policy exists for the following reasons:

Instant Delivery
Your product is delivered immediately after payment. Access is granted before a refund could even be requested.

Non-Returnable Digital Goods
Unlike physical items, a digital file cannot be "returned." Once downloaded or viewed, it cannot be un-accessed.

Content Integrity
Allowing refunds on digital products would enable content misuse — downloading, keeping, and claiming a refund.

Low Price Point
All products are priced at $0.99–$12.99 and clearly described before purchase to support informed decisions.

3 No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:

✕ "I didn't get results I expected" — Results depend on individual effort and consistency, which we cannot control. All product descriptions are honest and accurate.
✕ "I changed my mind" — Buyer's remorse does not qualify for a refund on a digital product that has already been delivered.
✕ "I didn't read the product description" — It is the buyer's responsibility to review the product description, pricing, and this policy before purchasing.
✕ "I accidentally purchased" — All purchases require deliberate confirmation through a payment processor (PayPal or Solana). Accidental payments are the buyer's responsibility.
✕ "I don't have time to use it" — The product remains accessible whenever you are ready. This is not grounds for a refund.

4 What We Do Offer

While refunds are not available, we are committed to ensuring every customer has a fair experience. If you encounter a genuine technical issue, we will assist you promptly.

✔ Technical Delivery Issues: If you did not receive your product after payment due to a delivery error on our side, we will resend it immediately at no cost.
✔ Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge will be investigated and resolved.
✔ Support: If you have difficulty accessing or using your product, our support team will assist you. Contact us at support@fitcorejourney.eu.cc.

5 Payment Processor Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide this policy and all relevant purchase documentation to the payment processor in order to contest the dispute.

Chargebacks for digital products where delivery was successful and confirmed are considered a violation of our terms of service and may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases.

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before opening any dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

6 Acknowledgement at Purchase

By clicking the payment button on our website and completing your transaction, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) You have read this No Refund Policy in full.
(b) You understand that all digital products are non-refundable after purchase.
(c) You are making a voluntary, informed purchase decision.
(d) You accept that delivery occurs immediately upon payment confirmation.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not complete your purchase. You are welcome to try our free 1-Day Starter Plan before buying any paid product.

7 Policy Updates

FitCoreJourney reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or purchase of products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
